Refund policy

At Cracked Up Creations, we want you to love your stuff as much as you love a perfectly timed sarcastic comment. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Our products are made just for you when you order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, color choices, or “turns out my filter came back” moments.

Please double-check sizing before ordering.

If we messed it up, we own it.

We'll happily replace or refund items that are:

• Incorrect (our bad)
• Damaged or defective (also our bad)
• Misprinted (our printer had one job...)

If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, picked a color that looked different in your imagination, or woke up wondering why you bought it in the first place, we can't accept returns or exchanges for those situations.

 

The Fine Print:

Refund or replacement requests for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the problem
